Doggy

Doggy is a 16 x 20-inch painting of a still life from Virginia Commonwealth University's Project Seminar Painting Class. In the spring semester, students were to incorporate a minimum of three different textures into the painting. Lauryn chose a prickly cactus, shiny glasses, and a shaggy teddy bear named Doggy. Made with acrylic paint on canvas, Lauryn was able to immortalize her childhood favorite teddy bear in this piece of work.
