Setting a new standard for workers’ ethics and sustainable innovation, Planet Gucci is a retrofuturist collection that challenges harmful industry practices as it steps boldly into the galactic fashion frontier. Through a multidimensional lens, the collection explores the physical, digital, and ethical creation of garments—reimagining what fashion can be across space and time.

The 2025 Planet Gucci merchandising strategy redefines workers’ ethics and sustainability, challenging harmful practices and envisioning the future of the galactic fashion industry. Centered around consumerism and the ethical and physical creation of garments, the plan includes a comprehensive six-month rollout, a targeted marketing strategy, and a detailed SWOT analysis to ensure impact across every dimension.



SHOE DESIGN
A footwear collection designed in Florence, Italy, this project expands Planet Gucci’s mission to champion a more sustainable and ethical future for garment workers. Rooted in craftsmanship and innovation, the collection is currently in development as part of the evolving Planet Gucci universe.

Through reimagining Alessandro Michele's Worker Bee, the surface designs of Planet Gucci explores the digital, ethical, and physical creation of garments. With the case study's immersive storytelling, viewers are transported into the space travel industry of the milky way, learning of sustainable initiatives and the future of workers rights.
