The Cyberverse was created to launch Louis Vuitton at the forefront of the Web 3.0. Web 3.0 is the technological development of AR, VR, and AI, which are collectively known as XR. By utilizing XR technology, each layer of the Cyberverse represents a different aspect of Project Asniéres. Led by Louis Vuitton muse of travel, Pierre the bunny leads readers through the Cyberverse to teach about the various initiatives that Project Asniéres envelopes. These initiatives include exploring craftsmanship of garments by integrating XR technology for showmanship, revolutionizing the LV boutiques with generative AR, and creating collaborations between the Asniéres avatar and Louis Vuitton brand ambassadors. Beyond the surface
With over 60 colorways and multiple motifs, Falling into the Cyberverse weaves a narrative directly into cotton satin. The moths—symbols of the future and rebirth—are intentionally glitched, reflecting the transformation of the natural world into the digital. Illustrated in Procreate, Lauryn selected the Oleander Hawk-Moth and embedded Louis Vuitton monograms into the fur-like textures of its wings. By reimagining the iconic monogram, she explores a synergistic relationship between nature and technology, envisioning how this fusion could shape the future of Louis Vuitton.
Each colorway contributes to the evolving story. Digital Forest cloaks the print in deep teal, evoking a virtual biome pulsing with coded life. Cyberfluid Tides flows in light teal, visualizing a tide of programming cascading through the Cyberverse. Neural Asniéres shines in vibrant aqua, referencing both the birthplace of Louis Vuitton and the neural networks that may one day define its evolution.
